Machine characteristics
1.Tour material tanks can suitable for making foam by two kinds of formulas and colors at the same time.
2. Machine head: precision needle valve type injection head, which adopts taper type sealing, not easy to wear and block.mixing head is completely stirred, single button operation, can be switched to different density and color at any time .
3.PLC microcomputer computer, using Delta and Chint electrical components (to achieve automatic accuracy and reliability) can input more than 200 station digital values, pressure, temperature, speed digital tracking display automatic control, and equipped an abnormal fault alarm device. Taiwan frequency converter (PLC) can control the proportion of eight different products.
4.Accurate measurement can suitable to big output for sofa and mattress.
